Michelle is a Licensed Master's Social Worker. She received her Master's in Clinical Social Work from Kansas University and her undergraduate degree from Bethel College.
Michelle draws on her experience working with children and families in Newton School District and Child Welfare as a Social Worker and is excited to offer services to the community for those ages 9+.
She particularly enjoys working with kids ages 9-16 as they navigate the ups and downs of adolescence.
Michelle looks forward to meeting each client where they are at and helping them recognize their unique strengths as they share their story throughout the therapeutic process. Michelle has experience working with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, ADHD, and Autism, and utilizes a trauma-informed lens in her practice.
