Ashley Callstrom

Ashley offers compassionate counseling to individuals ages 12+ on grief, health concerns, and PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). She is one of the few in the area to use a proven and effective therapy that replaces negative images in the mind with positive images.

Ashley is a Licensed Master’s Social Worker, specializing in outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a unique therapeutic approach. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

“I value adapting to my clients' pace and incorporate a relational model in their journey towards a more fulfilling life. I seek to do this with compassion, humor, and evidence-based methods in ways that will bring clarity to their problems and inspire change. Aside from the common hobbies of reading or spending time with family and friends, I enjoy listening to true crime podcasts at x1.5 and all things enneagram.”
