Reyna works with individuals ages 16+ navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, cultural identity concerns, and spiritual exploration. Her approach is rooted in somatic therapy, recognizing the deep connection between the mind, body, and nervous system in the healing process. She helps clients build greater awareness of physical sensations, emotional patterns, and nervous system responses to support lasting change, increased regulation, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves.

She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wichita State University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Tennessee. Reyna is currently completing the three-year Somatic Experiencing International program and enjoys integrating Somatic Experiencing principles alongside evidence-based and relational approaches to care.

Reyna believes meaningful change happens through authentic connection and emotional safety. She approaches therapy with gentleness, curiosity, and empathy, creating a collaborative space where clients can slow down, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

Outside of her practice, Reyna is a nature enthusiast who loves traveling across the country, hiking in national parks, and immersing herself in the outdoors with her husband and Great Pyrenees.

She is now available for services in Kansas and Colorado.
